Inquiry information
We use the name, email address and details you submit to respond to your request and discuss photography services. Cloudflare delivers the studio notification and your acknowledgement. Successful website Contact and Mini Inquiry submissions are also recorded in a private Google Sheets intake spreadsheet, including contact details, message, session preferences and a submission reference. Forwarded inbox emails are not copied into that spreadsheet. To retry temporary spreadsheet failures, Cloudflare D1 temporarily holds an encrypted copy of a validated inquiry, without its spam-verification token. The copy is deleted after successful delivery or cleared after seven days; provider backups may retain encrypted data longer. Inquiry bodies are not saved in application logs, analytics, Git or browser storage. To prevent duplicate sending, D1 stores keyed hashes, delivery status and timestamps; email receipt records expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent sends. Separate spreadsheet deduplication hashes and numeric IDs are retained while the intake integration is in use. Inquiry records remain in the relevant mailboxes and private spreadsheet under the studio’s business-record practices. We do not sell your information.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts this site and serves its images. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to help distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. The server validates each token, its action and hostname. Rate limiting uses keyed hashes of network and email identifiers. Application errors record a reference identifier rather than your message. Hosting and email providers may process technical service logs under their own policies.
Analytics choices
On the production website, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you explicitly allow analytics. Your choice is stored locally in this browser. After consent, pageview events record page locations and titles; form message contents are not sent to analytics. You can withdraw through Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal disables tracking, removes applicable first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads without Google scripts. This does not erase information previously sent to Google. Staging does not load production analytics.
Content editing
Authorized studio maintainers use a private GitHub repository to manage public website content. Inquiry submissions are not committed to the content repository.
